We have established a track record of providing quality scoping and conceptual design that has provided substantial value-added savings to owners. This record is substantially a direct result of maintaining an excellent project team and resource base, supported by 100% in-house technical resources needed to complete projects. Our in-house portfolio of services, including extensive depth of engineering resources, a large utility-experienced land survey staff, right-of-way & land services, environmental services, electrical commissioning engineers, construction managers, procurement specialists, maintenance staff and support personnel are key to the success of our company.
